Saving Land Titles in BOOM!

Step 1: Launch a Data Studio Session

1. Open Data Studio in BOOM!;

2. Select a location—for this tutorial, we chose Wolverhampton;

3. Zoom in to display detailed Land Titles on the map.

Step 2: Filter and Visualise Land Titles

1. From the left toolbar, select Land Titles (second panel);

2. Apply filters to exclude unwanted categories such as Leasehold, Rent Charge, and Unregistered;

3. Switch the visualisation to Class of Title to highlight Freehold titles in teal.

Step 3: Interact with a Land Title

1. Hover over a Land Title on the map to display details;

2. Click on the Title to open its information popup, which includes:

   1. Land Title number (e.g., WM 474380);

   2. Ownership details, such as incorporation data;

3. Save the land title by clicking Save to Dashboard. The button changes to Remove from Dashboard, allowing for easy deletion.

Step 4: Access Saved Land Titles

1. Navigate to the Data Studio menu and select Saved Land Titles;

2. View all saved Titles, including:

   1. Title number;

   2. Address;

   3. Date saved;

3. Interact with saved Titles by:

   1. Revisiting their map location;

   2. Deleting them if no longer needed;

   3. Returning to the saved Title’s details for further actions.
