Additionally, other sites you source that are not considered suitable to our funding criteria WILL BE of interest to other developers.
This is where BOOM!’s Pipeline comes into play - if you choose, these sites can be published to Pipeline; when deals are completed, we will share the commission fee we secure with you 50:50 too!
