Identifying UK Company Ownership in BOOM!

Step 1: Setting Up the Search

1. Open BOOM!’s Data Studio and choose a location, such as London;

2. Navigate to the Land Titles panel on the left toolbar and activate it.

Step 2: Apply Filters

1. Deselect irrelevant ownership categories:

   1. Leasehold;

   2. Rent Charge;

   3. Unregistered;

   4. Private and Overseas Companies;
